Job Description:This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the construction of high-voltage substations for renewable energy power plants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing grid interconnectivity connections for power plants and familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the construction of high-voltage substations (230kV to 500kV) ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the project coordinating between internal teams (design, engineering, procurement) and external stakeholders (third-party contractors, regulatory bodies, etc.).
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large teams including design and engineering professionals contractors and other stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to foster positive working relationships at all levels of the organization and with external parties.
