Accounting Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Professional to play a key role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and monitor delivery receipts to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Accurately prepare and input transactions into accounting systems, including APV, checks, and payroll data.
  • Submit and track PPE depreciation, updating records and prepaid insurance information.
  • Verify and process regular employee and domestic payroll, reviewing daily time records for tardiness and absences.
  • Generate debit memos for UCPB and summarize net pay for employee accounts.
  • Calculate final payouts for employees resigning or not connected to the company.
  • Maintain records of basic pay, OT remittances, and withholding for 13th month computations.
  • Prepare expanded compensation, monthly VAT, and SLSP reports, submitting them through BIR-e-submission.
  • Compile 2550M, 2550Q, and SLSP reports for DEU, and submit via e-submission.
  • Record receipts for corresponding months in both manual and Accustom System records.
  • Update sales invoices versus OR data.
  • Securely store checks for supplier releases or deposits.
  • Verify checks and attachments before releasing to suppliers.
  • Monitor monthly amortization of all service vehicles.
Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.

Experience: At least 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping, or related work experience is preferred (fresh graduates welcome to apply).

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with government compliance regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge in accounting systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
