Marketing Strategy Director

We are seeking a seasoned marketing strategy director to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our crypto casino projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in the iGaming industry, and experience managing remote teams while optimizing for ROI in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention across all key channels including paid ads, affiliates, content, and CRM.
  • Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives to drive business growth and maximize ROI.
  • Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure optimal resource allocation and efficient use of budgets.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals and objectives.
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and remote team management experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and affiliate platforms.
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
