Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Financial Analyst to support our Investor Relations efforts in a premier Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure company. This role requires precision, intensity, and deep financial acumen.

This is not a bookkeeping position. You will analyze capital markets, track BTC treasury movements, and produce investor-grade materials that directly impact strategic decisions for a major player in the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain weekly Excel workbooks tracking market metrics and company performance
  • Pull and verify data for fixed ticker lists using Nasdaq IR Excel plugin
  • Create and refresh complex formulas ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Perform rigorous QA checks against source data before any delivery
  • Track mining sector developments and their impact on valuations
  • Analyze crypto market dynamics including hashrate, halving cycles, and HODL strategies
  • Benchmark against other public Bitcoin miners and digital asset companies
  • Draft concise analysis for investor updates
  • Produce investor-grade presentations distilling complex data into clear insights
  • Support fundraising and financing materials preparation
  • Conduct valuation analysis using mNAV, EBITDA multiples, and comparables
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, investor relations, or corporate finance
  • Advanced Excel mastery - LOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, nested IFs, pivot tables, sensitivity analysis
  • Exposure to valuation techniques (mNAV, EBITDA multiples, comparables)
  • Sell-Side Research Experience - Prior exposure to equity research methodologies
  • Bitcoin enthusiast with genuine interest in crypto markets and digital assets
  • Native-level English fluency and familiarity with North American IR and investor communication standards
  • PowerPoint expertise - Creating investor-facing presentations with flawless execution
  • Hardcore work ethic with obsessive attention to detail
