We are seeking a skilled UX Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in coordinating UX tasks internally and with clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate UX tasks efficiently, both within the team and with external stakeholders. This includes converting project discussions into relevant tasks, updating clients on task progress and blockers, and communicating task schedules and budgets to assignees.

Another important aspect of this role is creating and assigning ClickUp tasks to team members, reviewing design requirements to ensure they meet approved standards, and coordinating internal and client Figma files.

You will also be responsible for helping deliver designs to clients, which may involve using Loom or conducting calls as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects, a general understanding of UI/UX Design and software development processes, and strong communication skills.

A good communicator who can use Figma effectively, manage files, pages, layers, and accounts, and is proactive in improving existing processes.

The candidate should also be proficient in using ClickUp, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Bonus points if you are an expert in ClickUp and Figma, have experience managing or coordinating UI UX projects, and can demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and growth.
