Virtual Medical Operations Lead

As a Virtual Medical Operations Lead, you will oversee a team of remote healthcare professionals ensuring seamless alignment between their performance and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, planning, and problem-solving for healthcare clients and their remote teams to meet client-set targets.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists and workflows that enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Work closely with clients to help them grow their businesses utilizing our services, such as strategic consulting and training.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships between healthcare clients and their virtual teams.
  • Mitigate concerns, anticipate growth opportunities, identify patterns, handle situations, and facilitate high-level escalations and negotiations while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Prior medical or healthcare-related degree preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management, with familiarity with operational processes.
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral communication skills).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, focused, organized, and possessing a growth mindset.
  • Training and development experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Capacity to think critically and creatively: ability to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions if necessary.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to flexible scheduling and adaptability.

  • Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB.
  • Computer Operating System: At least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.

  • Camera: Capable of clear and crisp video output.
