Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthtech Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.

Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our electronic health records (EHR) portal. This may involve answering calls, emails, and in-baskets from patients and healthcare professionals, as well as working with technical teams to resolve complex issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You should also be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve EHR application and workflow issues for patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze patient issues remotely through qualifying and probing questions via phone, email, or in-baskets to pinpoint root cause.
  • Partner with patients by guiding them through problem-solving or workflow training processes.
  • Document issue/request and troubleshooting steps performed thoroughly in an ITSM ticket when unable to resolve.
