Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to drive strategic growth through the creation and refinement of compelling proposals and impactful sales collateral. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record in proposal management.

The Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal process, from RFP analysis to final submission. This includes coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, overseeing the proposal writing process, and ensuring submissions are both timely and reflective of the organization's capabilities and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end proposal process from RFP analysis to final submission
  • Develop and maintain proposal content libraries and sales assets
  • Orchestrate collaboration with SMEs and partners to develop winning content
  • Craft and implement effective proposal strategies highlighting key differentiators
  • Ensure timely, high-quality submissions adhering to all standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of related proposal management experience
  • Exposure and experiences in Healthcare IT and Managed Services preferred
  • Expertise in Shipley/APMP methodologies with a proven track record
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex proposals and lead remote teams
