Senior Governance Specialist

The role of this position is to provide excellent services and promote the idea of excellence through the governance organization. The job involves working closely with teams to address concerns and improve client experience through visibility, operations execution, and key performance indicators such as turnaround time, quality, and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support team POCs in vendor management.
  • Identify opportunities for proactive solutions to vendor performance management.
  • Analyze data to drive performance improvements.
  • Monitor process updates and expand global knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent courses.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead.
  • 'Customer First' mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in reporting on key metrics.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Adaptable and able to manage competing demands.
