  3. Creating and modifying reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
  4. Assisting in implementing and maintaining workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  5. Providing end-user training and support to maximize the effective use of the Salesforce platform.
  6. Collaborating with the development team to implement minor system enhancements and fixes.
