Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare accurate reports, and handle communication with clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will maintain and update general ledger accounts and entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately. They will also prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Additionally, they will reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

The accounting professional will manage accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments. They will also assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning. Furthermore, they will provide regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making.

  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts and entries
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts
  • Provide regular reports and analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an accounting professional or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
