Service Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing service operations on site, according to contract requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and regular communication.
  • Accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers and contact persons.
  • Service Operations:
  • Accountable for end-users and site safety.
  • Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out operations according to instructions.
  • Executing service visits respecting schedules and time limits.
  • Leadership/People Management:
  • Responsible for regular updates on relevant information.
  • Familiarity with lift technology and accountable for attending training.
  • May be required to give training/coaching to nominated persons.
