Job Overview

The instructional designer position entails managing the entire project lifecycle from inception to closure. Primary responsibilities include analysis, design, development, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis: Identify client requirements, gather information, analyze content, and establish primary and secondary learning objectives.
  • Design: Develop branded templates for content, select design elements, generate ideas on activities, gamification, storytelling, and assessment.
  • Development: Implement a structured development process, create content elements, develop e-Learning content, apply gamification and scenario-based learning.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensure tasks and deliverables are executed and submitted on schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is preferred.
  • Four years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar environment is required.
  • Excellent written and communication skills are mandatory.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is advantageous.
