
Executive Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support including:
- Managing complex calendars and schedules
- Booking travel arrangements and reservations
- Coordinating events and team processes
- Processing expenses in a timely manner
- Drafting and managing correspondence
- Providing regular updates on projects
- Develop a strong understanding of our operations and reflect professionalism in written communications.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and ensuring follow-up.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams for seamless communication and coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Excel, and project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
