Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Matching students with instructors based on intake insights to ensure timely and high-quality placements.
  • Leading initial client engagement by responding to inquiries and conducting discovery calls to identify suitable educational services.
  • Executing follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage.
  • Maintaining pipeline hygiene by updating lead statuses and notes using CRM tools.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, communications, or sales preferred.
  • 1–3 years of sales, client services, or customer success experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with clientele.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools.
