About Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Expert to join our team in providing analytical and technical support to the Total Rewards function. This role involves coordinating the implementation of compensation & benefits strategies and programs to ensure SC Johnson provides competitive programs to its employees and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of various Total Rewards programs across assigned regions.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses for current and proposed programs to inform decisions and drive effective administration of all total reward programs.
  • Perform internal equity and external market competitiveness reviews of programs to guarantee SC Johnson attracts and retains top talent.
  • Provide expert technical and consultative assistance to HR stakeholders on total rewards programs.
  • Collaborate in the communication and implementation of various components of our company's pay and rewards program.
  • Resolve HR process and policy questions related to Compensation, Benefits, Retirement, Mobility, and Vendor Management through multiple channels.
  • Leverage knowledge management solutions to complete inquiries and transactions efficiently.
  • Focus on meeting expected service levels and business performance goals.

The Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Total Rewards in a Shared Service setup or Regional/Global Business Services environment.
  • Experience handling APAC countries' compensation and benefits programs is required.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong drive for results, accuracy, and control compliance.
  • Excellent financial/business acumen and analytical abilities.
