We are seeking a qualified Guidance Counselor to join our team. As a Guidance Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to students, helping them navigate their academic and personal journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students
• Assess student needs and develop plans to meet those needs
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to provide comprehensive support to students
• Develop and implement programs to promote student well-being and success
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in guidance and counseling services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
