Remote Bilingual Interpreter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Interpreter to facilitate communication between clients and their counterparts across various industries.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct High-Quality Interpretations: Translate languages accurately and effectively for clients, ensuring seamless communication and cultural understanding.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Utilize Excellent Communication Skills: Convey complex information accurately, efficiently, and respectfully, leveraging excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work Effectively in Fast-Paced Environment: Adapt quickly to changing circumstances, working effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Maintain Professionalism and Integrity: Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and integrity throughout all interactions, upholding the company's standards and values.

Requirements:
  • Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred, with fluency in English and Vietnamese (B2+ proficiency or higher).
  • Language and Interpreting Skills: Ability to pass a language and interpreting skills assessment, demonstrating excellent language comprehension and translation skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or interpreting experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong verbal communication, bilingual accuracy, ethical decision-making, and ability to think clearly and act professionally in fast-moving situations.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including typing and MS Office navigation, with a quiet, distraction-free workspace conducive to active listening and sustained concentration.
  • Internet Connection: Stable home internet connection (cable, DSL, or fiber), without cellular data or hotspots.
