Are you a creative and driven individual looking to fuel the growth of a leading online platform?

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Associate to join our team. As a key member of our content creation group, you will be responsible for developing high-performing ad creatives that drive conversions and scale campaigns.

In this role, you will work closely with internal design teams, user-generated content (UGC) creators, and performance marketers to ensure a constant flow of engaging content across various platforms. Your mission is to deliver compelling creatives that capture the attention of our target audience and drive measurable outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Sourcing, briefing, and managing UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translating campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Working with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly
  • Staying ahead of UGC and short-form content trends to keep our ads relevant and engaging
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • A strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
