Oracle Application Support

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support and troubleshoot Oracle modules.

  • This includes Oracle Finance (AP, AR, FA, GL, Cash Management); Oracle Projects (Project Costing and Project Billing); Oracle HCM (Core HR, Oracle Time and Labor, Performance, Succession Planning); Oracle Procurement.
  • The ideal candidate will have actual experience with these modules and be able to grasp Oracle terminologies to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Able to work onsite in our office and adapt to night shift, graveyard shift & shifting schedule.
Requirements
  • Degree in any related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 36 months of relevant experience in service desk supporting Oracle Module/Functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to work onsite in our office.
