Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented operations specialist with a passion for problem-solving to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Operations Management: Lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Leverage expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and their ecosystem; apps for marketing, customer service, and analytics are a plus.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns, and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Customer Experience: Utilize platforms like Gorgias to deliver outstanding customer service and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, optimize email flows, and create high-performing landing pages.
  • Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.
