ERP Implementation Specialist

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen and strong analytical skills to ensure seamless implementation of ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end client implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and configuring solutions to meet client needs.

  • Lead the implementation process, ensuring timely and smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project plans and timelines.
  • Analyze client business processes and configure ERP solutions accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to clients across all levels.
  • Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in ERP or accounting software implementation.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Experience in accounting, finance or ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with SaaS or technology startups.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
