Job Summary:

The Associate Solutions Consultant plays a vital role in implementing and supporting software applications. This includes front-end patient access workflow, patient accounting workflow, and denials management workflow.

Strong candidates have an understanding of software implementations and can support project teams during all phases, including planning, design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, delivery, and monitoring.

  • Participate in internal assessment meetings to develop design documentation that uses best practice recommendations.
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode, intended for development and QA teams.
  • Problem solve and analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support recommendations.
  • Support clients utilizing software applications after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather technical documentation of issues, working directly with development and QA teams.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.

At least 1 year of prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications is necessary.

Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams is essential.

Ability to understand complex software applications and prioritize workload effectively is crucial.

Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server, with a desire to expand on those capabilities, is preferred.

Able to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams, demonstrating ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, is required.

Work Set-Up: Work From Home.

Work Schedule: US hours, night shift; with willingness to work a flexible schedule and outside of the normal work schedule as needed.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, peripherals, and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk, and hear.

Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
