Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
  2. Lead a team to ensure high-quality output and provide direction and coaching as needed.
  3. Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing across various social media platforms.
  4. Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns, tracking performance and results.
  5. Maintain brand voice and deliver quality engagement across all channels.
  6. Stay ahead of trends and implement innovative approaches to drive reach and engagement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience in social media management.
  • Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.
