Marketing Strategy Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled marketing leader to design and execute high-impact campaigns for clients across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Minimum five years' experience planning and running marketing campaigns for ANZ clients.
  • Proficient with meta ads, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush or Ahrefs) and marketing automation platforms (for example HubSpot or Marketo).
  • Strong capability with analytics tools (meta, Google Analytics, Data Studio) to track performance and optimise spend.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for clear campaign briefs, reporting and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop multi-channel strategies - from digital advertising and email automation to content and social media - and measure results against KPIs.
  • Drive measurable growth in lead generation, brand awareness and customer engagement within the ANZ market.
  • Serve a variety of industries, including B2B SaaS, professional services and consumer brands.
Requirements:

A strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns is essential for this role.
