About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled HR Reporting Analyst to join our team at General Motors of Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for providing data insights and reporting support across various HR and business teams.
You will have the opportunity to design and develop complex reports and dashboards using Workday, leveraging your expertise in HR data analytics and technology. Your strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle will enable you to guide the overall design from ideation to development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and compile information to fully understand reporting requests or issues
- Develop and deliver complex reports and dashboards using Workday
- Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests, including global legal and compliance reports
- Identify opportunities for automated self-service solutions that support talent decisions
- Work with People Analytics teams and stakeholders to gather data and reporting requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent HR data analytics experience
- 3+ years of relevant Workday reporting experience, including building complex calculated fields and reports
- Previous experience supporting HR data and reporting teams, developing automated self-service reporting solutions
- Strong understanding of HR data, employee lifecycle processes, and HR technology
