Job Title: Experience Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our experience shops.

This key role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and an ability to drive business growth through immersive, customer-centric retail experiences that align with our brand promise and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Brand Shop Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility across experience shops.
  • Brand Shop Expansion: Lead the development and rollout of new brand shops, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to inform business decisions and optimize store operations.
  • Merchandising and Promotion: Implement effective merchandising and promotion strategies to drive traffic and sales in experience shops.
  • Store Design and Maintenance: Oversee the end-to-end process of designing, building, and maintaining brand shops to ensure they meet brand standards and commercial objectives.
  • Agency and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party partners involved in brand shop construction and maintenance.
  • Mall Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with mall operators to secure prime locations and favorable terms for brand shops.
  • Partner Management: Conduct regular business reviews with brand shop partners to ensure brand standards and performance goals are met.
  • Trade Audit: Conduct audits to verify compliance with brand standards and optimize retail execution in experience shops.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is required.
  • At least 13 years of experience managing experience/retail stores, preferably in a regional level.
  • Strong retail operations background and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams and managers.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data, trends, and performance metrics.
