About the Role

The Strategic Digital Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital initiatives align with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and email newsletters, ensuring brand consistency and messaging cohesion.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and oversee PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
  • Design and execute social media strategies, manage profiles, and engage with followers to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, applying innovative strategies to maintain a competitive digital presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are highly valued.
  • Five or more years of managerial experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and project management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Work Arrangements

We offer a hybrid work setup, with Monday to Friday working onsite and Saturdays available for remote work. Our standard work hours are 8am to 5pm.
