Business Intelligence Specialist

Description
  • This role focuses on driving business outcomes by supporting client requirements, particularly in lending.
  • As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will gather requirements, design processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic objectives.
  • You will also work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for new systems or system upgrades.
  • Additional responsibilities include participating in testing phases, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance and banking or related field.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Understanding of banking operations, products, and services, including knowledge of key financial metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with elicitation methods like interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
