Project Management Specialist Job Description

Support the delivery of infrastructure and environmental projects by serving as a technical specialist for our client-partners.

  • Conduct research, prepare, and present documentation required for long-term projects, including project charters, statements of work, and budgets.
  • Complete project management from initiation to closure for infrastructure and environmental projects, including new construction, recapitalization, and environmental assessment and remediation.
  • Support client-partner project approval processes by facilitating decision-making within client-partner organizations through business case analysis, functional space programming, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Participate in procurement planning and prepare tender documents.
  • Coordinate consultant activities.
  • Represent the project director or project manager within delegated signing authority.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships within the organization, and with industry, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality standards are met, in line with corporate and client expectations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada. A minimum reliability security status clearance is required, and some roles may require secret security status clearance.

Our personnel security clearance process typically involves reference inquiries, verification of qualifications, criminal records checks, and credit checks (as required) and may require fingerprints.
