We are seeking a seasoned Travel Operations Specialist to join our Business Services team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth travel arrangements for colleagues and guests from around the world to company meetings and industry events.

  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues to address travel queries and issues
  • Collaborate with the wider business services team on company and industry event planning initiatives
  • Maintain high-quality service standards with travel vendors
  • Closely monitor invoices for accurate charges and timely payments, credits, and refunds
  • Analyze trends, spend, emissions, and compliance with company policy
  • Track unused tickets, credits, and airline points usage effectively

To succeed in this role, you should be positive, self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across different time zones. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. While experience is not necessary, we require excellent attention to detail and reliability.

Travel Operations Management:

- Develop and implement effective travel management processes

Vendor Management:

- Foster strong relationships with travel vendors to ensure high-quality service

Financial Management:

- Monitor and manage travel expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Reporting and Analysis:

- Analyze trends, spend, emissions, and compliance with company policy

Requirements:
