Property Management Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The Property Management Specialist will be responsible for managing leases, ensuring tenant compliance, communicating with tenants, scheduling maintenance and repairs, financial management, including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable, marketing and advertising to attract new tenants, and ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage leases and ensure tenant compliance
    • Communicate with tenants and address inquiries
    • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs
    • Manage finances, including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable
    • Market and advertise to attract new tenants
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. laws and regulations
