**Job Description:**
As an HR staff member, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the recruitment process. This includes advertising job openings, interviewing candidates, and conducting background checks. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks as needed.

You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all aspects of human resources are well-managed. Your excellent communication skills will help you build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
