Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer to spearhead design execution for our flagship product, while also contributing to the future of the platform, the design system, and AI-driven design innovation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee UX and visual design delivery for key features, including AI-powered interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver high-quality designs that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure all designs meet usability, accessibility, and branding standards.
Design System and Innovation
  • Contribute to the development of the software design system by supporting the creation of visual and interactive design components, UX patterns, and structural standards.
  • Participate in early-stage design explorations and concept prototyping for AI-driven innovation.
  • Help shape design vision decks and communicate strategic opportunities through compelling visuals.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience designing complex enterprise software, preferably within regulated industries.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, consistency, and craft.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality UX and UI designs in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Testers.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies and component libraries such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for AI-driven design innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
