Descripción

Buscamos un Analista/Consultor de Soporte Salesforce altamente calificado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en soporte y mejora de aplicaciones Salesforce bajo un modelo de Application Management Services (AMS). La persona será responsable de resolver tickets de soporte, identificar causas raíz, colaborar con usuarios finales y garantizar la estabilidad y el rendimiento de la plataforma Salesforce.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Brindar soporte diario a aplicaciones Salesforce en un entorno AMS.
  • Analizar y resolver incidentes, solicitudes de servicio y cambios dentro de los SLAs definidos.
  • Realizar análisis de causa raíz y aplicar soluciones a largo plazo.
  • Colaborar con usuarios para entender problemas y ofrecer soporte funcional y técnico.
  • Desarrollar y desplegar mejoras, correcciones y cambios de configuración siguiendo las mejores prácticas de Salesforce.
  • Mantener y mejorar la documentación del sistema, incluyendo especificaciones técnicas y guías de usuario.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento del sistema e identificar áreas de mejora de manera proactiva.
  • Participar en gestión de versiones, pruebas y despliegues.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo QA, analistas de negocio y gerentes de proyecto.

Calificaciones Preferidas

  • Más de 7 años de experiencia práctica en desarrollo y consultoría Salesforce.
  • Amplio conocimiento en configuración de Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
  • Experiencia con Salesforce Service Cloud y Sales Cloud.
  • Experiencia comprobada en entornos AMS o soporte en producción.
  • Sólido entendimiento de procesos ITIL y herramientas de tickets (ej., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y análisis.
  • Capacidad de comunicación efectiva con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y acelerados.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías Ágiles.
  • Sólido conocimiento de procesos de negocio y cómo Salesforce puede optimizarlos.
