Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team while building scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions that support our growing platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and continued evolution of Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
  • Architect and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for optimal scalability and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable, automated deployments and seamless collaboration with full-stack engineers and data engineers.
  • Deploy monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infrastructure and applications to ensure real-time visibility and proactive issue resolution.
  • Establish security best practices and compliance across cloud resources, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency, leveraging expertise in AWS services, container technologies, and scripting languages.
  • Design disaster recovery and high availability solutions for critical services, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers, fostering skill development and career growth.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing others in project work and career progression.
  • Top tools: AWS, Terraform, Docker.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and implementation in cloud environments.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
  • Extensive experience with Terraform, AWS services, and security frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of container technologies, scripting languages, and monitoring solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for explaining complex infrastructure concepts, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical specifications.
