Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator Job

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a vital role in promoting our brand and driving engagement across digital channels.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting our brand through engaging digital content that resonates with our audience.
  • Managing campaign calendars, creative requests, internal approvals, and asset handoffs to ensure seamless execution.
  • Updating and maintaining website content, including offers, menus, hours, and imagery across properties.
  • Coordinating landing page builds and seasonal campaign updates within CMS platforms.
  • SUPPORTING SEO enhancements in collaboration with the digital and brand teams.
  • Maintaining Google My Business, Bing, Yelp, and OTA listings with current content and images.
  • Building and deploying email campaigns via Revinate, Klaviyo, or Attentive using guest segments and tailored content.
  • Updating transactional email templates (confirmation, pre-arrival, post-stay) and supporting paid media campaigns by coordinating creative assets and ensuring alignment across ads and landing pages.
  • Applying UTM tracking and collaborating with analytics teams for accurate reporting.
  • Assisting in compiling performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS, engagement).
  • Managing shared asset libraries, ensuring organization, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Maintaining and updating sales tools (Cvent, Groups360, Bizly) and branded collateral.
  • Coordinating property-specific landing pages and localized content tailored to seasonal and regional needs.

In addition to your technical skills, we're looking for someone who is:

  • Familiar with luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proficient in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify), CRM/email tools (Revinate, Klaviyo, Cendyn), and project/task tools (Asana, Google Suite).
  • Able to work comfortably cross-functionally across marketing, creative, eCommerce, and property teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content coordination.
