Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic procurement plan to secure cost-effective deals and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in sourcing, contract management, and risk mitigation to achieve business goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to drive collaborative growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Analyze spend data to optimize procurement processes and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement procurement policies, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in managing supply chain operations, sourcing/category management, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, managing invoicing, and negotiating terms.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.
