We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as a Customer Support Engineer. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our product.
Key Responsibilities:- Triage and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze trends and develop strategies to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and pain points.
- Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to customers, helping them get the most out of our product.
- Work closely with the DevOps team to identify and resolve technical issues that impact customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, including ReactJS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
