We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high-value leads for our sales team.
About the Role:- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across target industries
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Utilize CRM tools to manage lead data and track engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation of all lead interactions and activities
- Communicate the value proposition of products/services clearly and persuasively
- Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority
- Schedule meetings and product demos using CRM-integrated scheduling tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
