Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Master Data Specialist will ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of data management.

Reporting Line
  • Direct line to MDM Team Leader
Specific Responsibilities

Handling master data such as Supplier, Customer, and other critical information to support finance activities:

  • Inputting master data attributes into the system as required
  • Managing data requests supporting business processes in a closed-loop system
  • Extracting, analyzing, and ensuring data quality
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain data consistency
  • Adhering to SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times

  • Confident, autonomous, and deadline-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player
  • Good understanding of data structures and architecture
Required Skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • English language skills at B1/B2 level (reading and speaking)
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages at B1/B2 level is a plus
  • Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is advantageous; training can be provided if necessary
