We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Principal Engineer. This position requires technical versatility, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

\

Key responsibilities will include serving as a technical advisor, adapting approach based on client size and maturity, working directly with executives, establishing technical standards, evaluating existing systems, providing technical leadership, designing improvements, leading discovery sessions, developing risk management frameworks, advocating for security best practices, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required skills include demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages, experience with modern frontend frameworks, strong understanding of backend technologies, expertise in cloud platforms, knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, distributed architectural patterns, infrastructure options, security best practices, and compliance requirements.

\

Additionally, candidates must have 8+ years of software engineering experience, at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role, proven experience working directly with business stakeholders, deep expertise in software architecture, system design, technical standards development, experience leading distributed teams, working in cross-cultural environments, strong understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure architecture, scalable systems, problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and communication.

Preferred skills include track record of simplifying complex systems, experience working across multiple industries, demonstrated ability to balance future flexibility with current simplicity, background in building sustainable architecture, experience mentoring offshore/distributed engineering teams, and understanding of cross-cultural communication dynamics in technical environments.

\
