Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installation and integration processes, security issues, and program updates on a routine basis.
  • Plan for and respond to service outages and other problems with Senior/mentor.
  • Responsibly manage network design and troubleshooting, backup and storage, documentation, security, and virus prevention, as well as educate users.
  • Securely manage administrator passwords and maintain responsibility for their protection.
  • Provide technical support for email, file server, and communication problems such as internet connections, network issues, security cameras, and telecommunications concerns via remote or in-person assistance.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software specifications.
  • Assist in Company Property Asset Inventory, Audit, and tagging.
  • Support individual users with computer system difficulties, provide instructions, training, diagnose, and solve common problems.
  • Regularly report to Immediate Superior on the implementation status of projects, issues, and strategic enhancements and new technology relevant to the business.
  • Participate and support corporate quality, productivity, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
  • Practice Occupational Safety and Health and environmental activities, ensuring 5S in the area.
  • Ensure attainment of MIS Targets and Quality Objectives.
  • Analyze root causes and propose corrective actions for non-conformances.
  • Perform other functions assigned by the Immediate Superior as needed.
