Backend Engineer Position

This role is centered around building and scaling the systems that power community businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Postgres, JavaScript, and Python).
  • Familiarity with AI-native environments and rapid deployment of tools like GPT or custom agents.
  • Prior experience with Cursor or Replit for product shipping.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, growth, and ops teams.
  • Capacity to thrive in ambiguity and own problems end-to-end.
  • Potential to excel at the intersection of community, AI, and systems design.
