Process Automation Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Process Automation Specialist to join our team.

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for building and managing a comprehensive knowledge base using Notion and possibly HubSpot. You will leverage AI technologies across platforms to automate processes and facilitate better data flow. Additionally, you will guide and train team members on using these systems effectively to maximize productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to identify areas of improvement within existing workflows. They will also be proficient in utilizing no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) to create seamless integrations and custom workflows that streamline operations.

  • Develop and implement process improvements using workflow automation tools like Zapier and Airtable.
  • Design and manage comprehensive knowledge bases using Notion and potentially HubSpot to enhance information accessibility and team collaboration.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions using AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on using various integrated tools, ensuring proficiency and confidence in utilizing these systems.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design improved processes to boost productivity and reduce errors. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
