ClearDesk is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Marketing Coordinator.

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting real estate operations by managing calendars, emails, CRM systems, and team communication. This position requires someone who can combine admin precision with marketing flair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CALendar Management: Manage calendars, emails, CRM systems (like Compass), and team communication.
  • Transaction Support: Support real estate transactions and prepare key documents.
  • Client Data Management: Maintain accurate client data and track birthdays, home anniversaries, and milestones.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Run reports (like CMAs) and assist with post-sale follow-up.
  • Marketing Materials Creation: Create branded marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media graphics) using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Newsletters and Updates: Write and send newsletters featuring listings, updates, and team news.
  • Agent Collaboration: Collaborate with agents to keep marketing aligned with their brand and goals.
  • Websites and Listings: Keep websites and online listings up to date.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Experience with rental listings or real estate support.
  • Social Media Comfort: Comfortable posting on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and Instagram.
  • Content Creation: Knowledge of how to enhance listing photos and write engaging content.
  • Lead Management: Ability to respond quickly to inquiries and filter serious leads.
  • Organization: Organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping listings updated.
  • Remote Work: Works well remotely and communicates clearly with teams.
  • Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to work in a US time zone schedule.
