We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Key Accounts who can drive sales growth by targeting major developers and corporate projects.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities with major developers and corporate clients.
Manage the bid tender process, ensuring compliance and competitiveness to maximize sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, corporate clients, and internal teams.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and enhance project proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, bid tendering, or business development.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and securing corporate clients.
Strong understanding of bid management processes and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute long-term plans that align with sales targets and business goals.
