Job Title: eCommerce Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality eCommerce solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online retail operations and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships.

About the Role:

This is a full-time remote position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing strategies that elevate clients' online presence through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The project manager will translate client needs into actionable tasks, build strong client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their eCommerce needs and document requirements
  • Project Organizer: Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Task Translator: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
  • Timeline Manager: Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
  • Proactive Communicator: Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
  • Quality Assurance Inspector: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards
Requirements:
  • eCommerce Expertise: Extensive experience managing eCommerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Proficient in Tools: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms
  • Client-Centric Professional: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track
