We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded professional to optimize revenue performance for vacation rental companies in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage revenue optimization for assigned clients.
  • Conduct deep-dive market analysis to understand local trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics.
  • Track and analyze problem properties, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) across property portfolios.
Pricing Strategy & Implementation:
  • Execute pricing strategy adjustments and rule modifications within the Pricelabs platform.
  • Analyze pricing performance and market positioning for individual properties and portfolios.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions, events, and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their revenue goals and translate them into Pricelabs configurations.
Performance Reporting & Analysis:
  • Generate detailed performance reports and insights for client portfolios.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through data analysis and market research.
  • Track property-level and portfolio-level KPIs to measure success of pricing strategies.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience with the Pricelabs platform.
  • Background in vacation rental, hospitality, or property management industry preferred.
  • Experience managing revenue for many properties simultaneously.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with Pricelabs pricing strategies, rules, and analytics.
  • Natural aptitude for learning new software platforms and technology.
Core Competencies:
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
