Network Engineering Opportunity

TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies.

The Senior Network Engineer's role provides operational support for the global TaskUs network environment. Responsibilities include providing solutions to complex problems, completing preventative maintenance activities, incident management, problem management, change management, capacity management, managing assigned projects, responding to inquiries from staff, security & audit compliance, adherence to operational standards, engineering design standards, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to project managers based on requirements to integrate a network setup.

  • Design and implement new network technologies.

  • Complete code updates and equipment upgrades.

  • Manage network events and perform root cause analysis.

  • Participate in development and maintenance of operational documentation.

Technical Skills Needed:

  • Networking technologies: DNS, DHCP, VPN, network security, IP routing protocols.

  • Cisco networking technologies: routing & switching, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).

  • Cisco wireless and Meraki wireless.

  • Palo Alto firewalls.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years extensive experience in Cisco networking technologies.

  • Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Practical knowledge of Cisco networking technologies.

  • ITIL certification.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level technology problem solving skills.
